What is PrestoCart?
PrestoCart is a secure online order management system. You use PrestoCart with your web site to sell goods and services, process registrations, or to collect donations over the web. PrestoCart captures your customers' orders securely and stores the information for you to retrieve online.

How does PrestoCart work with my web site?
PrestoCart is compatible with any web site. Once you purchase PrestoCart, you are given a link to your secure order form. Simply place this link on your web site wherever you want your customers to make a purchase. When your customers click the link at your web site, they are sent to our secure servers to complete the ordering process. Once complete, we send your customers back to your web site.

How do I receive order information?
Each time an order is captured, you and your customers are sent an e-mail confirming the order. You can login to your account at PrestoCart at anytime to securely and privately retrieve complete order information. Your order information is stored in our system for one full year past each order’s capture date.

Can PrestoCart capture additional information that I need from each of my customers?
PrestoCart allows you to establish any number of "additional information fields"
that are posed to your customers based on the offerings they've selected. These
fields allow you to capture and store the additional information you need to fulfill
each order. You can establish long or short "fill in the blank" style fields or
have your customers select their answer from a "dropdown" style field.

How do my customers pay for their orders?
You can make several payment options available to your customers. Depending on what your business accepts, PrestoCart supports credit card payments, mailed checks and money orders, electronic checking debits, or PayPal. You can choose to offer any combination of payment methods and allow your customers to make the final choice.

Yes. PrestoCart can capture and store your customers' credit card information
securely and you can bill your customers offline using your existing merchant
account's terminal.

My merchant account is equipped with an "Internet Payment Gateway". Do you support it?
PrestoCart can be integrated with several types of Internet Payment Gateways in
order to send your customers' payment information directly to your existing merchant

If your gateway is not currently supported, PrestoCart can capture and store your
customers' credit card information securely and you can bill your customers offline
using your existing merchant account's terminal.

Can I change my order form?
Yes, and we encourage that you do. The PrestoCart system allows you to update your order form at anytime, as often as you need. You can change pricing, add or remove offerings, modify shipping and handling – any element that needs changing. PrestoCart has been designed to evolve as your business does.

Yes, PrestoCart allows you to setup shipping and handling fees by product, by order dollar total and/or by custom shipment method.

How can I customize the look of my order form?
PrestoCart allows you to customize your order form to match the style of your web site. In addition to uploading your logo and other images to represent each of your offerings, you can customize the font type and add color to the order form to match your site. You can also customize your order thank you message and communicate additional ordering information by adding informational links that appear at the bottom of each ordering screen.

How many offerings can I include on one order form?
You can offer as many offerings on a single order form as you wish. However, order forms with dozens of products do become awkward for your customers to use. If you offer dozens of products, you may be interested in our

PrestoCart can display an unlimited number of products. However, to make it easy for your customers you may want to consider using PrestoStore.

Can I create multiple order forms?
Yes. Once you purchase your initial form, our system allows you to create as many additional forms in your account that you need for just $5.00 each per month. All the order information from all your forms are conveniently stored in your single PrestoCart account.

PrestoCart securely captures and stores your customer and order information using the safest Internet technology available: SSL - Secure Socket Layer. The SSL protocol is the web standard for encrypting communications between users and web sites. Data sent via a SSL connection is protected by
"encryption", a mechanism that prevents eavesdropping and tampering with any transmitted data. SSL provides businesses and consumers with the confidence that private data sent to a website, such as credit card numbers, are kept confidential.
